Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, and arborist consulting. When you request a service, we will provide you with a detailed estimate before starting any work.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We work Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Emergency services may be available outside these hours depending on the situation.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Your final price may change if we discover additional work is needed once we begin the job. We will always communicate with you before performing any extra work that affects your total cost.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Safety

You give us permission to access your property to perform the agreed upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear of vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that could be damaged during our work.

We take safety seriously and follow industry best practices. However, tree work involves inherent risks. We recommend that people and pets stay clear of the work area during our services.

If underground utilities need to be marked before we begin work, you are responsible for contacting the appropriate utility companies. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This helps us serve other customers who are waiting for services.

We may need to reschedule work due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time that works for your schedule.

Liability and Insurance

GoldEdge Pine Bluff Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We will provide proof of insurance upon request.

We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, lawns, or other property that may occur as a normal result of tree service operations. We take reasonable care to minimize impact, but some disturbance is unavoidable when removing large trees or operating heavy equipment.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, let us know within 7 days and we will work to make it right.

However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other treatments. Trees are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control, including weather, disease, and soil conditions.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree removal or other work on your property. We can advise you on whether permits are typically required, but the ultimate responsibility rests with you as the property owner.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between us, we prefer to resolve it through direct communication. Please contact us first so we can work together to find a solution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal action related to our services must be brought in the courts of Jefferson County, Arkansas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
